Very unsatisfied, supplier will rush you to pay and once you’ve paid for your orders, they will have supply/communication issues. Also once my order arrived I was sent the wrong tops, so I have tops that do not work. Tried to settle with supplier and request a new order and I will send back this one, but I am no longer getting a response. I’ve given the supplier a month to fix the order to no avail.

1.our dealings are based on mutual consent and we send the goods out within 10 days after payment.
2.we actively communicate in this dealing and want to solve the problem. We sent you a video on how to seal the sprays correctly to help you and we have checked our inventory records to confirm the accuracy of the products we have shipped. But we are committed to solving problems in order to provide excellent service. Therefore, we need some vedios to check what's wrong.
3.your consistent refusal to cooperate. A vedio of sealing is needed to verify problems of sealing process. You constantly refuse us and only give us a vedio of seperate spray and bottle which is unable for us to check where the problem is and to fix it. This is unreasonable.
4.we re-sent you a batch for free within 10 days. You refused to communicate and refuse to send us the sealing video after receiving.
